RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: Cops know who this parcel thief is and where he lives. Why won’t they nick him?

They call him ‘our thief’. He’s well-known to the residents of St Maur Road, Parsons Green, in South West London. They have photos and doorbell videos of him nicking parcels from their doorsteps.
