KUALA LUMPUR: More than 11,000 fans braved a downpour and poor air quality tonight as American singer-songwriter Jason Mraz performed a non-stop, three-hour set at Bukit Jalil Hockey Stadium.
Marking his first return to Malaysia since 2019, Mraz took the stage at 8.30pm, immediately lifting spirits at the open-air venue.
“It’s so good to be back in KL. I miss you guys and girls,” he said to roaring applause.
“And I promise I’ll be back as often as I can. Malaysians are some of my biggest and most sporting fans.”
Greeting the audience in Malay with “Selamat petang, apa khabar” (Good evening, how are you?), Mraz delivered a setlist packed with his best-known tracks.
These included Let’s See What The Night Can Do, Living In The Moment, Make It Mine, You And I, Have It All, Have Someone, Beautiful Mess, Lucky, I Won’t Give Up, and his signature hit I’m Yours.
Mraz was joined on stage by his longtime collaborators and duet partners, Raining Jane.
The Jason Mraz Asia Tour 2026 was organised by Zues Events.
