11.4pct figure does not reflect actual progress of Sabah Pan Borneo Highway – Dr Joachim

KUDAT: The 11.4 per cent completion rate for the Sabah Pan Borneo Highway project highlighted in the recent Auditor-General’s Report does not reflect the actual physical progress on the ground, says Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam.
