AI must be stopped, says Swedish professor as Anthropic calls for slowdown

The question of AI as an existential threat to humanity is highly topical. The CEO of AI company Anthropic is calling for a slowdown, but some experts do not believe that is enough. We need a complete stop, says Olle Häggström, professor of mathematical statistics at Chalmers.
