KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued an alert-level continuous rain warning for several areas in Kelantan, Pahang, Sabah and Terengganu until Wednesday.
In a statement, MetMalaysia said the warning covered Tanah Merah, Pasir Mas, Tumpat, Kota Baru, Machang, Bachok, Pasir Puteh, Kuala Krai and Jeli in Kelantan.
In Pahang, the affected areas are Kuantan, Pekan and Rompin, while the warning covers the whole of Terengganu.
In Sabah, continuous rain is forecast from tomorrow until Wednesday in Kudat and Sandakan, including Paitan, Telupid, Labuk and Sugut, Sandakan and Kinabatangan.
