Cuba teeters on collapse as shortages, blackouts and unrest deepen

There is a shortage of both water and electricity. Aging infrastructure is collapsing and agriculture is collapsing. The US fuel embargo is pushing Cuba deeper into darkness. There used to be hope. Now people have lost it, says a doctor in Havana.
