ECRL investment cannot be recouped over the next 30 to 50 years, said Darwis

KUALA LUMPUR : The capital investment into the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project cannot be recouped over the next 30 to 50 years, if it is only judged based on the return of the investments, said the project owner.
