Expert Says Nobel Peace Prize Choice of Navi Pillay Was Bold Amid Criticism of ICC

This year’s Nobel Peace Prize goes to human rights lawyer Navanethem “Navi” Pillay. “I think this was a bold choice by the committee,” says peace and conflict researcher Peter Wallensteen.
