Halifax’s ‘Pied Piper’ J. Chalmers Doane becomes first Canadian in Ukulele Hall of Fame

Music educator J. Chalmers Doane, who transformed Canadian classrooms by introducing the ukulele into public schools, is making history as the first Canadian inducted into the Hawaii-based Ukulele Hall of Fame.
