‘Inappropriate’ for judge to preside in latest Rohan Dennis case, court heard

Lawyers for former cyclist Rohan Dennis have argued for Judge Ian Press to be recused from his case of driving while disqualified but the judge says it was “just happenstance” he was appointed to preside over the case.
