Low groundwater levels drive surge in well drilling across southern Sweden

Low groundwater levels have caused many wells to dry up. Concern about water supplies is keeping well-drilling companies busy. “There is significantly more work than usual,” says Mattias Gustafsson, CEO of the industry organization Borrföretagen.
