MARKET PULSE PM NOV 2, 2026 [WATCH]

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia closed higher as easing crude oil prices helped stabilise investor sentiment following the recent equity sell-off.

The FBM KLCI ended the day 3.91 points higher at 1,619.51.

Foreign investors also returned to Bursa Malaysia as net buyers for a fourth consecutive trading session through Friday, signalling a tentative recovery in overseas demand for local equities.

The ringgit, however, weakened against the US dollar to 4.0680.

In the crypto market, Bitcoin rose to RM318,546.

Ethereum and Solana also climbed to RM9,338 and RM383.

That wraps up today’s Market Pulse.
