Four weeks after Neskantaga First Nations declared a state of emergency over a sewage spill at its nursing station, a fire at the temporary health-care facility has left the community scrambling again. Officials with Indigenous Services Canada have visited the First Nation to assess the situation, which has forced the relocation of about 250 vulnerable people to Toronto.
