NY Times: 25 Years After 9/11, al-Qaida Still in Afghanistan

More than two decades after Osama bin Laden directed the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks from Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, the militant movement again rules the country as al-Qaida and other extremist organizations retain a presence there, The New York Times reported.
