KUALA LUMPUR: Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) has acquired a logistics property in Bayan Lepas Waterfront, Penang, from Titijaya Land Bhd for RM300 million as part of its strategy to expand its logistics portfolio and strengthen recurring income streams.
