The pilot is being sentenced together with the master after the fatal ship accident off Tjörn this summer. Ronny Löf, chairman of the Pilots’ Association, believes the court is making a “new interpretation” of the pilot’s responsibility. This is a completely normal pilotage that has gone terribly wrong, he says.
