Police watchdog says Met should investigate itself over arrest of ‘Putney pusher’ suspect

The Metropolitan Police should investigate itself over the arrest of Nicholas Brandram, who the force suspected of being the so-called “Putney pusher”, the Independent Office for Police Conduct says.
