The Department of Health (DOH) on Tuesday warned the public against individuals posing as Health Secretary Edwin Mercado and soliciting donations. “The DOH wants to clarify that any messages or calls for donations or transactions using the name of the Secretary are not official and false,” it said in a statement. “The public is reminded
