World number one Aryna Sabalenka’s quest for a third straight US Open title looked set to end in the quarterfinals. Then came the turnaround. Sabalenka won a dramatic match over Czech Wimbledon champion Linda Noskova, winning 7–6 (7–1), 3–6, 7–6 (10–7).
