KUALA LUMPUR: SD Guthrie Bhd has signed a joint venture with Bumi Assets Sdn Bhd and YTL Power International Bhd to develop 657.09 hectares of freehold land in Bukit Kerayong, Selangor, into an integrated industrial development.
