KUALA LUMPUR: Actress and entrepreneur Nur Fazura Sharifuddin has shared a heartfelt message for her daughter, Nur Fatima Aisya, who celebrated her sixth birthday earlier this month.
In a Threads post, Fazura reflected on Fatima’s simple birthday gathering at school with her classmates and teachers, followed by a special family surprise at home.
“Before October comes to an end, here are some memories of Fatima’s sixth birthday celebration, held simply with her friends and teachers at school, followed by a special surprise from her beloved Papa Faiz, Mama Asmah and cousins at their home,” she wrote.
The actress apologised for feeling unwell during the festivities but reassured her young daughter of the vast support system around her.
“Forgive mommy for not being well, sayang. But believe me, you are very much loved by your family, friends, and your online aunties and uncles,” she shared.
Looking ahead, Fazura reminded Fatima to remain humble and kind as she grows older, writing: “Always be grateful, beautiful and kind-hearted, my beloved daughter. Mommy loves you more than you know.”
The birthday note echoed themes from an earlier tribute by the star, where she praised Fatima’s generous nature and empathy.
“If she has 10 things in her hands, Fatima would probably give nine away to others,” Fazura previously revealed, adding that while she takes pride in her daughter’s selflessness, it occasionally brings out a mother’s natural worry.
Recalling her pregnancy, Fazura reminisced about how Fatima was a gentle presence even before birth.
She spoke fondly of the early kicks that have now turned into the joyful laughter filling their home today.
Concluding her note, Fazura offered a prayer for Fatima’s future success and happiness.
She encouraged her daughter to give her best in her studies and life while staying grounded.
