Starbucks workers in Hamilton hope to tackle wage, customer harassment issues in negotiating 1st contract

A group of Hamilton Starbucks workers who joined United Steelworkers this month aims to address issues including harassment by customers and an unclear wage structure as they prepare to negotiate their first collective agreement, the union and a worker told CBC Hamilton.
