KUALA LUMPUR: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, today consented to confer the Darjah Utama Seri Mahkota Negara (DMN) award on Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, who is currently in Malaysia on a two-day state visit.
