Bocuse d’Or, often called the World Chef Championship, turns 40 next year. It will also be 30 years since Sweden won gold for the first and only time. Now Ludwig Tjörnemo is working hard, with help from a personal trainer and a mental coach, to win gold for Sweden again. Much of the competition is actually not about cooking, but about the logistics involved.
