KUALA LUMPUR: Two teenagers have been arrested for supplying a drug-laced vape to a school student after a video showing him intoxicated in a Negri Sembilan classroom went viral.
Bukit Aman Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department (NCID) director Datuk Hussein Omar Khan said the duo comprised a 17-year-old schoolmate and an 18-year-old dropout.
He said investigations found that the pair had provided the student with the vape device, which was believed to contain drugs.
