US stock futures point lower as Treasury yields hit 2007 high

Futures trading on Wall Street is pointing clearly lower ahead of the opening of the U.S. stock market on Tuesday. The broad S&P 500 index, which fell 0.5 percent on Monday, looks set to extend its decline by another 0.6 percent.
