Visionpower Semiconductor says chip shortage will persist, considers second Singapore factory

Chipmaker Visionpower Semiconductor Manufacturing is considering investing in a second semiconductor factory in Singapore, according to company chairman Leuh Fang. The supply shortage will persist for a while. We would have built two factories together here, Leuh Fang told Bloomberg.
