David Becker says midterms’ result timing is due to the “normal process” of close elections

David Becker, election law contributor and the executive director of the Center for Election Innovation and Research, told “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that the election results could take a while, but reminded voters that the timing is the “normal process and elections might be close.”
