‘Nepal didn’t rescue me’: Brit aid volunteer says authorities mistakenly announced he had been ‘found alive’ a week after floods

Nepali authorities said a British citizen had been rescued on Tuesday. But it has now emerged the Briton, Alastair Chambers, (pictured) had travelled to Nepal after the flood to volunteer as an aid worker.
